John Fareed, Principal of John Fareed Hospitality Consulting LLC, presented the luncheon keynote at this month’s meeting of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International’s Central Florid Chapter. The program title was “Learn. Market. Measure. Repeat. Strategic Market Planning for the New World,” and discussed his step-by-step process for developing a strategic market plan that is arrived at through an integrated team process utilizing primary research, secondary research, competitive analysis, behavioral timeline development, and an inventory of the hotel’s current marketing processes and tools. The event was held at the Clarion Lake Buena Vista in Orlando, Florida.
