Dual Programs—”Learn. Market. Measure. Repeat. Strategic Market Planning for the New World” and “From Invisible to Icon: How to Become an Expert in Your Industry.”

John Fareed, Principal of John Fareed Hospitality Consulting LLC, presented dual programs at this month’s meeting of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International’s Florida Keys Chapter.

In the first program, titled “Learn. Market. Measure. Repeat. Strategic Market Planning for the New World,” Fareed discussed his step-by-step process for developing a strategic market plan that is arrived at through an integrated team process utilizing primary research, secondary research, competitive analysis, behavioral timeline development, and an inventory of the hotel’s current marketing processes and tools.

Following lunch, Fareed presented a second program on personal branding titled “From Invisible to Icon: How to Become an Expert in Your Industry,” based upon his book.

The event was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Key Resort.
