John Fareed presented a keynote titled “Learn. Market. Measure. Repeat: Strategic Market Planning for the New World” at HSMAI Capitulo Mexico’s 2016 Hospitality Strategy Conference. He shared case studies of how crafting and implementing a proper strategic market plan can positively impact revenue.
The program included themes focused on Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Social Media, and New Technolgies for hospitality. The event was held at the Mexico City Crowne Plaza Hotel.
