Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort, a top luxury resort in picturesque Saint Lucia, has engaged John Fareed Hospitality Consulting LLC to develop a strategic market positioning platform—inclusive of a situation analysis, competitive audit, and an integrated sales and marketing plan—that will aid in increasing OCC, ADR, RevPAR, and fractional sales.

Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort is situated along the hillside of beautiful Labrelotte Bay and is known for its variety of villa offerings, delicious cuisine at its five restaurants, and its welcoming Caribbean staff. The resort has recently built a new, serene spa, state-of-the-art fitness center and expanded its villa offering with new three-bedroom villas on the North Point of the property.
